How to delete downloaded but uninstalled update

Hi:

I uninstalled successfully .Net framework.

Since then, AU has downloaded an update to .net that it keeps trying to
install.

This happens either when I visit the Microsoft Update site, or when shutting
down my machine.

Any idea?
