Windows Shutting down getting hung up after last 2 auto updates.

2 days in a row after Windows did the auto update and auto restart my PC is
hung up on the Windows shutting down screen the next morning.Anyone else get
this?

Those 3 Office 2003 updates still aren't going through
also.(KB956077,KB953404,and KB954478)Has anyone found the fix that works?
