SP2 installation error 0x80200010

I am not able to install service Pack 2 as I get the error 0x80200010. Can
anyone help me???

BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED
0x80200010
The network card is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state

Try stopping and then re-start the BITS service.

You receive the error 0x80200010 when you try use the Windows Update
Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates (26
