Re: Download and Install does not complete

I tried this "solution" It does not work for me at all!

I don't have Spybot and I did disable my AVG version 8.0.169 fully licensed
version.

I am using SP2 since SP3 suddenly (and completely out of the blue) made it
impossible to access my CD/DVD-ROM drives. ALL OF THEM!

I backed out SP3 and it DID NOT HELP the CD-ROM issue and introduced this
inability to update problem.

The update installer on the update website will not even install!

What the heck is going on??!!
