Update 'details'

I have been unable to install Adobe FlashPlayer version 9, the message reads
that setup can not find my plugin directory. I thought it might have to do
with updates because I manually choose the updates.

Microsoft found several updates I am suppose to download. Microsoft offers
a small paragraph and then the word 'detail' (hyperlinked) This 'detail'
goes nowhere. What update would have any affect on the plugins?

Someone needs to check the 'detail' hyperlink because it opens nothing.
