firewall pop ups

I keep having all of these firewall pop ups. i made sure my firewall is on
and this thing takes over my computer and i have to shut it down everytime
because it starts running and trying to downoad itself into my computer. How
can i keep this thing from popping up?

Software firewalls seem to give lots of warnings during P2P activity,
hardware ones seem to just block probes/attacks.
Try testing your PC for security at Gibson Research Shields Up,
you should show clean, if you don't you will get a guide as to
how to fix the vulnerabilities, then just keep
you trojan and virus scanners up to date.
