downloade the software and it found malware or trojans that were causing the
problen and fixed it up right away just had to go back to serices and
autoupdate started right up

It is legit...
I have used Malwarebytes to remove some of the stickiest trojans almost
twice a week for the past month. I am a house call technician for our
compter club.

My BSdetector's alarm triggered several times, but nothing dreadful turned up
when I googled the URL - I didn't bother going to it to examine their pitch:
