Visa Service Pack 1

I have had many attempts to download and install Vista Service Pack 1;
however, I continue to receive an error message ( 80070002). I have attempted
to correct to problem as detailed in the artical issued by Microsoft, but to
no good?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
