error code 80070002

can't install update kb954154 it will load 11% and hang and i get error
80070002...tried everything MS said try...still want load beyond 11% i need a
real expert!!!

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup, please.

What did MS suggest? Did you open a free support incident?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat or Reader v9 installed?
