.Net update failures 0x669 and 0x80070643

On two similar .net fixes I have errors . On KB947739 I get error 0x669,
and KB947742 error 0x80070643. I suspect I need to close running apps before
installing these fixes. I ahve done searches on these error codes with no
good results.
