Service pack 3

How do I uninstall. It is not acknowledging when I try to uninstall under
add/remove, it can't find it, yet it's telling me that it's not uninstalled.
I had problem with this with another computer, but was able to uninstall
under add/remove. I have done all my system recovery under Microsoft and I
don't want to do that. Please help. Under control panel, it shows not size
under serv. pack 3 like it's not really there, but I can't get rid of it and
it's causing my problems.
