Error 0x8007000B

I have Windows XP Service Pack 2. I can't download updates and am getting
this an error message that my browser can't load that webpage with the Error
code 0x8007000B. The updates have to do with critical security updates that
my anti-virus software has detected as high and very high threats; MS08-028,
-031, -033, -046, and 049. Do you have any suggestions?
