Error 0x80070643 after installation falls

Even when trying one after one update, most times they do not install.
Always I get error 0x80070643, but can not find any info about the root of
the problem and how to solve it.

However, it seems that too many users have a similar problem - is this a new
Microsoft bug?

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) and
which updates are failing to install when posting to this newsgroup, please.
