Windows could not search for updates+Unable to automatically Updat

Upon Downloading Updates , Error Code 80070424 is popped up And i cannot
search for new updates.

Also update times , cannot be set to automatic . It always pops - up a
message saying "Security Center can't change your automatic updating
settings. " -Below- "Change settings manually" . When i click on the optian
below the Windows Update window enlarged and repeted the error in the
starting sentence.

Click Start, select run, type: regsvr32 wuaueng.dll

click Ok
