Access through IP-only firewall

We have several servers in a DMZ that have no outbound internet access. We
want to run Windows Update from each machine but have an IP-only firewall so
we can't allow the standard windowsupdate.microsoft.com /
update.microsoft.com route. How are other people handling this? We do have a
WSUS server in this environment but it's messed up right now and we just want
to get the latest patches on our servers.
