Download it from here, after seeing if the system can pass Validation,
and *save* it:

Once the download completes, close *all* open programs and browsers.
*Right* click Windows6.0-KB954366-x86.msu, choose 'Run as
administrator', follow the prompts to allow it to run.
Restart the system, even if not prompted to.
