How can I stop office update?????

A few months ago I set up microsoft update page so that my computer to
receive only the updates for Windows XP and not for office, msn live etc. Now
my computer has started to install the updates for office and I can't find
the setting that can stop them...

Found it in change settings... it was there but I didn't see it :P

Go to Microsoft Update | Click on Change Settings in left pane | Scroll to
bottom of page | To Stop Using Microsoft Update | Disable Microsoft Update
software and let me use Windows Update only (check).

With Windows Update as your default, you will need to check in at Office
Update to keep your Office applications fully patched:
