kids cant use u tube

hi folks hope u can help me. my lads use u tube to watch vids and such
now when they try this message comes up

when i try to download the player it downloads
then i get this message
internet exporer has blocked this site from using an Active x control in an
unsafe manner.as a result this page may not display properly
even after downloading a flash player the lads still cant use u tube
can anyone help me
