windows update - nothing happens (vista home premium 32)

windows update - nothing happens (vista home premium 32)

when I start windows update (vista home premium 32-bit) nothing happens.

I tried system restore (hope that is the right name because I run swedish
OS) but now system restore is not visible, not even on task manager?

Help appreciated.
