Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3)?
Did you "download" the Malicious Software Removal tool via Windows Update?
If so, what other updates were "downloaded" (e.g., KB951748)?
What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall,
if any (e.g., Zone Alarm)?
Is your anti-virus application configured to scan incoming & outgoing email?
