Service Pack 2

I get halfway through the installation of this update and suddenly get an
access denied box. I have uninstalled Macafee and it still give me the
denied message right after it installs files. Is there something else I must
turn off. It doesn't seem to be blocked by Internet Explorer. Can anyone
help??

We'll assume you are using Windows XP and you want to install SP2 rather than
the latest service pack being SP3. If so, see :-
