Cannot Install SP3 windows XP Home

The download keeps failing to download.
No error cxode was given???
I even turned off my anti-virus software (avast)

I have XP Home edition with IE version 6 2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158
Cipher Strength 128-bit
Product ID: you probably don't need that!
Update Version; SP2;

Oh bythe way I am on a dial-up server maybe that is why!
Can I download the installation file with my download manager?
