autiomatic update will not come on

I recieved a virus call Antivirus XP 08 and it is inbedded into my restore
file and security system. Als it will not let me update my MS because the
auto update is disabled.

saftey.live.com
and run a scan. If that doesn't remove the virus, then you may want to
consider formatting the machine.
