hi i'm having a similar problem with windows update. It keeps failing to
install the same update over and over and the exact update is the following
"microsoft.net framework 2.0 SP1 (kb110806)". and the error code is:0x643
Please somebody help

The .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 installation fails on a computer that has the
..NET Framework 2.0 installed...

install]

I'm getting the same error code when trying to install Windows Search
4.0,..KB940157,....any suggestions ?
