After starting an update download, it failed, now can't re-downloa

I had two different updates fail to install because the computer restarted.
Now going back to updates, I can't find them. The Help says to uninstall the
programs, but one is an update to Explorer, the other is a Wireless driver,
neither are options on the Add/Delete programs tool. How do I get these
updates?

Your best bet with the wireless driver is to get it from the manufacturer's
website. They say getting items like this from WU is asking for trouble.

As to the failed Explorer update, it's hard to say. You are not a monarch.
