I had asked for automatic updates. I now do not want any more but don't know
how to stop it.
I have turned off automatic updates from my control panel - but still I get
updates.
help!!

Windows what? (XP? Home, Pro, Media Center, TabletPC, x64? or Vista?)
What service pack level?
