Fail Windows Update install

I can download Windows update but every time install fail.
Can someone help me for the installation problem?
I have just got new PC with Windows XP.

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation:

Hi,

Windows Update is failing to load due to a problem and the internet can not
display the webpage.

Go to Windows Update and click one of the options and just let it load and
once it has loaded, you will see on the right hand-top corner an error
number, just copy that code and click on Windows Online Assisted Support and
go to the botton of the page.

You will see a link saying NEED MORE HELP?, click on it, then it will ask
you to verify your location, click on the botton next to the location.

Then you see a link saying START E-MAIL REQUEST, click on it, then click on
I ACCEPT, then just continue to fill in the Help and Support, once you have
done it all, you will nedd ito send it and microsoft will sort out the
problem on windows update.
