Same as HTTP status 404 – the server cannot find the requested URI (Uniform
Resource Identifier).
It means there is a problem contacting the server. Try again later.

"I ran proxycfg and it showed I was still setup for a proxy - even though in
IE it showed I wasn't using one.
Running "proxycfg -d" fixed it all up."

Another user reported that clearing all cookies and temporary internet files
solved his problem and he was then able to install the update.
