Stop Automatic Scheduled installation of Security patch

Is there a way to stop downloaded pending security patches waiting to be
installed at the scheduled time without editing the Automaic Update settings
in the GPO ?

If it's being administered via GPO then please check with the Admin.
If you're the Admin, then you should know how to reschedule or disable
pending installation of updates.
