Update KB938371 fails and gives me error code 80073701.

Hey!
Windows update has been trying to install update KB938371, but it always
fails and gives me error code 80073701. This happens all the time.

Windows version (e.g., Vista; Vista SP1)?

Is Windows Update offering you KB938371 or are you attempting to install it
manually?

I'm pretty sure I didn't get SP1, so I think I have Vista only. And Windows
Update is offering me the update.
