automatic update disabled - unable to enable service

Hi, I have rebuilt my PC twice and my automatic update service keeps
disabling after a time. I have searched for viruses but nothing found. I
cannot enable the service.

Windows version?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?

After each rebuild, did you fully adhere to?...
