Hi MowGreen,
Strange this is that I haven't run one of those cleaners in 3 or 4 months.
So, I am not sure why it just started giving me problems. Anyways, I sure
as heck won't be using those again.

I've had experience with the installer not working with framework 2.0. It
seems that a program is running which prevents the update. My advice to you
is, shut down normally, and if everything else is still installed correctly,
the computer should update and shut down normally.
