Are these hardware updates ok to install?

I'm running XP MCE 2005 on an Athlon 64 computer. WU is offering me
two hardware updates, one from AMD (7/2007) presumably related to
the processor, and one from Realtek (2/2008) relating to the onboard
network card. There doesn't appear to be any information about what
these are for, or which drivers are changed.

Does anyone know from personal experience if these are ok to
install, or what they are all about?

My advice: Get any available hardware updates from AMD, not Windows Update.
