Updating .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack Fails

Hi!

I've attempted to download the newest updates for Microsoft .NET Framework
2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806) (update 2 of 2) and it keeps failing.

The first update (1 of 2) installs fine, but it gets about half way through
the second update (listed above) and it fails.

And evidentally, without this upgrade my USPS Shipping Assistant software
won't work.

Any and all help/insight will be greatly appreciated.
