Error Code: 0x6DD3

I think I've found a new error code (at least a search on this newsgroup
didn't result in any hits)!

When I try to download/install "Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
with Advanced Services Service Pack 2 (KB 921896)" from the MS update site,
it downloads okay but fails to install. Checking the Update History, I found
the above referenced error code.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
