I have been to this site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941729/ to solve the
problem of this update always needing to be updated. But after I followed
the instructions, downloaded it and tried to install it and error message
comes up saying:
Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log filme
location exists and is writable
I don't even know what that means....what am I meant to do?

Right click and run as administrator.
