I have a 1 month old toshiba laptop and have been able to use update except
for one update, where I get this error code. i have tried multiple times.
update that has failed is KB938371 update for vista.

I have been having this problem for months now. Same error code when Windows
automatically checks for updates. I've searched the web, searched this board
.... every post I see tells you to do something different so I have frozen and
not done anything. I too would appreciate any direction on how to fix this
problem.
