Failure to download Office security update KB947355. Error message
I have spent the last six days with Tech Support resolving a problem with XP.
They were very helpful but now I can't download an apparently needed
security update to Office 2003. Any help is appreciated.

Being new at this, I put the important info in the wrong place. It is that I
tried to download security update for Office 2003 # KB947355 but it failed
and I received the error message #0x8007066F. I appreciate your help on

Hmm... Is InstallShield involved at all?

Please try searching all files which the update may have written to
for instances of 66F OR 1647. Try to find some *context*
for your code in any messages that you find that way.
