Re: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack
I also am having issues with Quickbooks b/c of this .NET update. I have
payroll to run for my client tomorrow - eeks! I tried Method 1, but it will
not allow me to uninstall b/c it says it cannot find the original source.
Any other ideas? I have not tried Method 2 yet - quite honestly, it makes me
uncomfortable installing, uninstalling, etc. b/c I hate to find that I've dug
a deeper hole.
Any updates are appreciated. I have no idea what I'll do if I cannot run
payroll. I'm so glad I've at least found these threads and know I'm not
alone.

Re: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack
Method 1 didn't work for me;however method 2 worked PERFECTLY.I don't know
what damage I may have caused to my computer using the automatic cleanup
tool, but when I rebooted,Quickbooks opened up,& then all the automatic
updates downloaded(although rather slowly).Good luck-this mishap cost me
almost $2,000 because Quickbooks wasn't working when I needed it.

Re: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack
PROBLEM FINALLY SOLVED. My anti-spyware program was the culprit. When I
shut down Sunbelt's Counter Spy in Services.msc, I was able to install both
the Service Pack for Net Framework 2 as well as Net Framework 3. Hope this
helps!

RE: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack
I have a true fix for Microsoft.net frame 2.0 I have spent countless hours
researching this subject. It started when one of our office computers would
not load Quick books. I would like to ask for a small donation for my help,
I am
trying to scrape up some cash for a new computer. You can reach me at
ebaybilljo39@yahoo.com or call me at 206 664 1913.
