Hi!
just disable all the anti-virus and firewall and then try to install the updates. This worked when i tried on my computer.... should work 4 u as well....
If it does keep us informed....

You'll need to give a bit more information than that if you want help to fix
it, like what update on what OS and what happens when you try.
Come back with the necessary details and someone will help you.
