Change the resolution. Adjust your hardware (monitor).

contacted Dell and received some support.
Did you update a video card driver or something like that?
Have you considered telling us a little bit more information so we don't
have to guess, like perhaps, why not state what your operating system is,
what updates you actually installed etc.
Otherwise, I dunno the answer to your question because I have insufficient
information.
