Microsoft Update display update category for uninstalled product

I have uninstalled SQL server express edition from my computer, may be the
uninstalled is not clean, because i can't reinstall the database with the
name MSSQLSERVER

So i give up to try to reinstall the SQL server

But from the Windows Update, it still display "SQL Server feature Pack"

i just still have C++ redistribute
