Updating Windows Without Internet?

I recently restored Windows on a new Hard Drive after my old one crashed. A
few devices aren't working, presumably because the drivers are missing, but I
can't use Windows Update to fix anything, because one of the devices that's
not working is my Ethernet Controller - it won't recognize the internet
connection at all. WHat can I do here?

Visit someone with Internet access and download the drivers required to a
USB Flash drive. Take them home and install.

No friends? Visit the local Library.

Visit the manufacturer's site for drivers for the devices not working, download onto a
flash drive or burn to CD. The main one being the Ethernet Controller of course.

Obviously you have some way of accessing the internet at the moment through another
computer as you're posting here.
