Office 2007 SP1 Problem with Vista

Automatic update was attempting to install Office 2007 sp1 and office 2003
sp3 when I lost power.

Now the update icon is hung up sohwing 4% complete. Stopping install does
nothing. No office products will start

The system will not complete system restore, will not accept uninstall
commands,

New downloads of both service packs will not complete installation,

2007 SP1 error code 80200010
2003 SP3 error code 8024402C
