Re: Error Code: 0x80004002

Hello TaurArian,

I tried the advice given, but it did not work for me. I'm also unable to
load my printer software when I try I get the message: "runtime error". Any
ideas, before I smash my PC in sheer frustration?

If that hasn't helped, then you may have to reinstall the Windows Update Agent.
