Office 2003 SP3 fails to download

Automatic updates and the update website both fail to initialize download for
Office 2003 SP3. Says nothing in download window and just sits there 0%
complete (and I have patiently left it a looonnng time)... no error message
appears.

All other updates are downloading and installing no problems.

Any suggestions why this one is hanging or alternative place to download?
