Vista Security Update (KB946456) Keeps Failing

Does anyone know to resolve this issue? I thought it was just me until I
spoke with other people with Vista Home Premium. The update downloads,
installs and restarts your computer. Upon restarting, it says it wasn't
configured correctly and then reverts. The error code is 80004005. It's
doing this over and over again. This is the only update I'm having issues
with. Any suggestions or fixes for this?
