error code 800704cs

What is it and how do I fix it? I'm running windows vista home basic and have
been trying to install updates for 2 weeks now and that error code keeps
coming up and not letting me install. Please anybody have any ideas.

Are you sure of those error code numbers and letters?
I cannot find anything other than your post at
