Windows XP SP2 download failure

I have tried several times to update to SP2 and recieve the same error code
each time. The error code is 0x8007F070. I need to find out what the issue
is so that I can update my OS. Does anyone have an answer for this problem?

0x8007F070 STATUS_SETUP_ERROR

Read the above. Then either download the entire SP2 package and SAVE it:

or, order the CD and pay for shipping only:

Attempt to install SP2 after doing the above.
If it still fails to install, read : Cannot install Service Pack 2
