Allowing Automatic Updates

I work at a university and we are trying to figure out a way to not count
Automatic Windows Update traffic against user's bandwidth limits. Is there
anyway to find out windows update servers IP addresses so we can filter that
traffic the way we want?

NO, the IP addresses are fluid. Why not run a local update server that
pulls down all the updates and pushes them out on the University's
network ? -
